    Tuner whine antenna issue - help needed - Newbie alert

    I recently picked up a dedicated Tuner at a thrift store. I don't need a tuner, as I have an AVR I use for that, but given that this was a dedicated tuner and likely better than my AVR for radio usage, I thought I'd give it a try. it was also dirt cheap.
