    Sure, I know many associate the term "Aquaplas" with the sandy, thick white coating on some models of JBL cones - but I see the name popping up on what appears to be OTHER kinds of speaker cone/surround treatments: - a clear or translucent coating that claims to be "rubbery" or flexible...

    Anybody done the research on AR/KLH "Hot Cross Bun" treatment?

    I'm curious about the why and how of the "hash tag" or "hot cross bun" application of stiff glue or something on some AR and KLH woofers. I own a pair of KLH Model 30s that have this treatment from the factory. I've also seen it in web pics on some others: KLH Model 30 KLH Model 32 AR4...
