10$ attenuators on ebay

anyone tried them? Worth it? I know their smd, but for the price, they seem like a decent deal.

what I don't get is if the ones on the 1st link are stereo or mono (which would defeat the cost). They have this image which I can't really decipher:

The drawing is to reference the operation of the pot. It depicts operation of one channel. The two wafers are pictured showing connections for a stereo pot.

I was looking for cheapish attenuators for a preamp build in 50k. I couldn't acually find any stepped mono's in that value. Thanks for the heads up on those. Does anyone have experience with the seller?

I bought the Valab stepped potentiometer some time ago. While it works, it does not have a great tactile feel when it turns. I've been looking at the $10 one but yet have to place my order.
