1152dc intermittent channel missing

About once a week the right channel on my 1152dc is very low volume. Shutting off the amp and coming back later seems to fix the problem most of the time. Thoughts on the cause? Also, it doesn't seem to be related to button pressing or knob adjustment at all. Sometimes unplugging my DAC and plugging it back in helps- Or maybe not, it is hard to tell with intermittent issues.

On a related note- anyone know of a good vintage audio repair person in the raleigh durham area?

Most likely suspects:

Dirty speaker relay contacts

The main in/pre out make break contacts inside the jacks on the back.

Try putting some interconnects from pre out to main in and see if that does it. If so, Deoxit is your friend.
