2330 volume pott Question

Hey all, I have a toasted volume pott ( had the unit to close to a bag of concrete and some poured all over the damn pott, dumb ass.............) and need to know the values of said pott so as to buy another and install, anyone know that that might be?? Thanks!!

Just about any dual log taper pot in the 50K to 100K range will work. The problem, though, is that the original has a tap for the "Loudness" button. If you don't care about that, just leave both the connections to the taps off. You could also wire a couple of resistors in series to the ends of each gang (= to the total resistance of the pot), attach the "Loudness" wire between the two, and have a permanent loudness tap level - rather than the normal type that goes away at about 1/2 volume.

No doubt still made - but hard to find new. Keep an eye out for one in an auction. They show up fairly often.
Put a search into the auction site for Marantz 22** (stars included) and any auction for a 22 series device will appear. Then look for a vol. control from any of them (2245, 2230, 2270, etc.).
