Tv.the blueray upscaled is very close to the 4k,so,I don’t think it is worth replacing a blueray movie with

As I've posted here before, higher resolution isn't necessarily going to result in a better picture. A lot will depend on the size of your screen and your distance from it. HDR is probably a more important innovation, assuming your display can make use of it.

For us, even on an excellent 75" 4k HDR set, by far the biggest improvement gained via 4k bluray discs is the audio quality. The DTS:X, Dolby TrueHD, and ATMOS uncompressed soundtracks on some features are absolutely stunning. I can see a difference between a well-shot 4k scene, uoscaled bluray, and standard bluray, but they ALL look great. The audio is what drove our upgrades of some films.

Hmmm. I haven't invested in a lot of 4K recordings. The few I've seen didn't seem to look any better. However, thanks for the 411 on the sound.

Ditto on the Blu-Ray - 4K picture being comparable for most movies. Maybe I should say, IMHO there are only a few movies where 4K is noticeably better, sharper. Black levels and contrast are better, but not enough to bother ME.
I have bought a few 4K movies because of the ATMOS audio track. If your setup is at 5.1, unless you have a quality DVD player and TV, I would stick with Blu-Ray. Just my $0.02.
