8-track stereo console

I've never seen a tower console like this or a 8-track only console. Found it on marketplace. No desire for it but it is interesting. thought others might to see it. Kind of makes me wonder if anyone built a big cassette only console.

Quite unusual. Neat Magnavox console.

Magnavox did all the crazy things. Armoires with TVs, drum tables and dry sinks with stereos...and whatever piece of furniture this identifies as. Would not put it past them to have done a cassette version. Guessing the speakers are built into the sides.

Yes the right side of the cabinet is top to bottom speaker cloth. The guy had a couple other photos but they were so close up they weren't worth reposting here.

Magnavox cassette was rare. They did far more 8-track pre-Philips era in terms of tape (as that was most popular).
