I have a tuner with copper caps, the tuner is a NEC T-710 and is a very good tuner, the tech who is doing the recap told me "I am not keen to replace the Copper caps... It would remove that particularity from the tuner"
What do you guys make about copper caps, should I replace those ?
Here is a review of the tuner " The NEC T-710 is a 4-gang, dual-gate front end
MOSFET design, that features copper foil capacitors. That means that
it still sounds like new, after 15 or so years, and is very quiet."
Do you guys have any experience with copper caps ? Do they last forever ? Should I change those copper caps
here is a picture of the copper caps top left
thanks for your time
