ADC EQ Help

I've got an ADC SS 412X Equalizer. through process of elimination I have determined that the left channel of the line inputs/outputs of the EQ is more faint in sound than the right channel. Anyone have an idea what to look for within the EQ to determine what the problem could be. Any trouble shooting tips or is there a test I can try on the line inputs? I didnt pay that much for it, but its a nice EQ and I do enjoy using it...but the left channel issue is a drag...any thoughts? Thanks!

Clean the switches with Deoxit. You can do the sliders with faderlube but the switches may be holding back some signal.
