Compare the woofers with the painted dots to the ones with the stickers........you cant really move a painted dot as easily as you could a sticker.

These tweeters are the ones ruined, missing posts one each. And a cut dome on the one. 20221218_155107.jpg 20221218_155107.jpg 20221218_155120.jpg 20221218_155126.jpg 20221218_155144.jpg 20221218_155159.jpg

Yes the positive wire is in the positive post and negative in the negative. Not to be rude...I'm not quite THAT dumb. Lol

I was not calling you "dumb" but even the most experienced of us here have ovrlooked some of the simplest things in the quest for a solution.

Something doesn't look right with these wires. ... And there was never this much insulation in it either... I just took out a ton.

This is the right speaker, with the base, the wires look normal

I know, I've been wanting to do that, but with my limited income, I haven't ever found the extra cash at once to do it

Have you replaced the mounting gasket material each time you removed & replaced your woofers on the speakers with the lower bass output? Any air leaks will reduce their output. Acoustic suspension needs to be airtight to be effective. Same to be said with the tweeter & midrange gaskets as they share the same air chamber with the upper woofer if memory serves me correctly. Been awhile since i opened my 810s.
