altec lansing stonehenge ii, went up fs localy.
Anything special or worth the time?
Thoughts, experiences?

No experience, but unusual and (maybe) appealing looking. I think they may have been designed by George Augsberger, which is a good recommendation, but I also think they are not universally admired -- I believe he was trying to work within a preexisting not very promising set of requirements. But, as I say, no actual knowledge on my part.
But as always, it all depends on price -- and if you can hear them, that ought to help make up your mind.
