Antiskate at 2 worked fine with my previous cartridge at 2 grams, but not with my new

Had a MM and now got a Audio Technica OC9XEN. VTF is the same, 2 grams, but when I set the antiskate to 2, the cartridge sways to the right and off the record when starting it. Same with lower AS too. At zero it doesn't happen.

Had distortion on the last track with AS set to 2, but not when I replayed with zero.

My TT is a Audio Technica AT-LP5X.

I assume you re-balanced your arm when setting the VTF?
Because this looks like a VTF issue. (although when not setting the right VTF I would've expected for the opposite to happen, the OC9XEN is likely to be heavier than your previous MM)
And check if your turntable (the platter) is still level.

The stylus on your new cartridge might also be defective of course. AT's quality control is very good, but it's never 100%.

Thanks a lot for your help! It was me that didn't know how to level it. It's level now after using a record clamp, and placing the leveler in the middle.
