Anyone know the lamp values: Onkyo TX-4500

I have a nice Onkyo TX-4500 but need the "locked" lamp and one of the FM dial scale lamps and both meter lamps.

Is it possible the lamp values for TX-4500 same as TX-4500MkII? I saw that thread and posted a request there too.
