Not entirely. Crossover is different, application is as well. They intended the L112 for typical home use and the 4411 for typical recording studio use. Not to say you couldn't make either work the other way round but the 4411 was not just a rebadged L112 sold to pro sound types nor was the L112 a rebadged 4411 sold to consumers.
But I'd have happily added a pair of 4411 to my L112 if I could find a decent set out here in SoCal for $675. Between the two pair, at that price I'd have damn near $750 invested
I for one think thats crazy money for estate sale local only sale. Yes that price is fair for global ebay sale...I for one would happily take 4411 or 4412 for less than 1,000 vs than L166 or L112 for over 1,000. My 2 cents is all...
Update and this is no April fools joke. Guy just listed these 4412 for 100.00 on cl less than an hour ago less than 15min from my home. They need lots of love but for less than 1/10 the sales price of the estate sale L112’s i think I did just fine.
