Tropical storm kept it obscured most of the night here (north central NC) but coming home from work this morning clouds have been clearing enough to see it reasonably well. It is bright and distinct here about 5 am or so.

We saw it last night in San Diego, but there were some distant clouds the moon had to rise up thru first before we were able to see all of it.

It was pretty cool - no pictures - my night photography skills are seriously lacking.

From my daughter in Indianapolis last night, she sent it about 10 PM...don't know what she used to take it. Didn't look like that here.
