bogen MT-250 has distorted output

Howdy all, I have a bogen MT-250 mono PA amp that had blown output transistors. I replaced the 6 qty bad 2N6254's and one fried 200 ohm resistor. I now get audio but it distorts when I increase the gain. I cannot locate a complete schematic for this series (H-38). The other schematics I have found with this model # are not the same as this amp! Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
