I love mine. Price is reasonable. That grill material is a little easier to clean than most. I bet they could be looking like new with a little effort. With that being said, I'd counter at $120-$150, because of condition.

Not much to describe that someone else hasn't already done a full thread on. These have the woofer, mid, and a pair of tweeters mounted directly in front of the woofer. There are crossover mods and upgrades that others have done, but I've left mine stock so far. I'll eventually get around to messing with mine, but they sound too good as is. Why mess with success?!?

The black box houses the capacitors. The wire leads on the outside of the box are just the terminal ends/distribution points for the caps.
