By the way, I did notify Ebay about these auctions and the connection to the previous 'mcsolaar' id. Its up to them now to remove him from Ebay. If not, well, if no one bids on anything he sells, its the next best thing to getting what he deserves :whip:

Some poor soul bought it for $500. Or maybe McSolaar just put in a shill bid to make it look that way.

McSolaar has been known for getting a lot of Nice Sansui gear and taking out the good components and replacing them with cheap components and when you get it it blows up, or just selling non working units and saying they work.

Anyone know why all of his other auctions besides those 2 Sansuis are for Accuphase gear and the bid amount is shown in Euros with a NY location????:dunno:
 
McSolaar has been known to sell Accuphase equipment before. He even had an Accuphase related eBay name at one time but I can't think of it offhand.

It's possible that the prices are in Euros because he's aiming for a European market. A market that's not wise to his antics.

Pretty soon he'll be known over there as the Ugly American. :mad:
