C29 will no longer power up

On Saturday I turned off my C29 preamp and the rest of my stereo for the night. On Sunday morning, I went to turn everything back on and the C29 would not power up. I checked the fuses and the .5A slo blow fuse was bad so I replaced it (this is the lower fuse of the two fuses on the back; the other fuse looked fine). With the new fuse in place, I pressed the power button. The C29 lit up for 2 seconds and then went out. Should I replace both fuses and try again?

What else should I check before I pull the preamp out of the system, pack it and ship to Terry?

You've probably got a shorted something in the power supply. Close enough to Terry to just send it off.

Other fuse is for acc. outlets...
Probably have had a power supply failure.

Thanks for the reply. I will remove the preamp from the system, pack it, and send it to you shortly for repair. I will ship after the Labor Day weekend.
