Can anyone help identify this 15" Woofer?

Got this 15" woofer the other day.
It looks like something special.
Very heavy, large magnet, accordion surround, and about a 3" voice coil.
See the pictures.
Anyone recognize what brand and/or model number it might be?

The motor is very similar to early Cerwin Vega.

The basket is common to 70's and 80's CTS, Eminence, Becker, Utah and several others.

I would say that it's very likely made by Heppner, whether it was for CV or someone else.

The only thing that makes me keep from saying it's for-sure Heppner, is that the writing is in white ink. If it was yellow lettering, that would be a definitive sign of a Heppner speaker.

Accordion surround reminds me of ca. 1970 CTS. Basket also looks very much like that era of 15" CTS woofer, but I haven't seen them use a magnet that big. EV used wide diameter magnets.

What's going on with the dust cap? It looks like cork.

Codes don't seem to be a standard EIA code. 7365 could be a date code, 1973, June 5 or May 6?

The dust cap is not cork. Just a slightly textured brown color.
Appreciate all the input, but I still have not found an exact match online yet!
I'll keep looking.
 
It could be out of a organ/leslie? What is the ohms/impedeince? The dome/dust cap looks like felt? It was used to dampen mid/high's
