Yes! It works!

Last evening I posted in Today's British Invasion Playlist, and while it is listed in my history here, looking through 14 pages it does not seem to have posted.

Also tried adding photos last night which did not work then, but seems to have been fixed now, thanks!

But just wondering, where did my post go? Don't think it should have been moderated out...

Addendum: I see my post from last night also listed in the Music Forums, but it never made it into "the big screen," of New Posts.

I received confirmation at 10:10 pm CST that the problem has been resolved.

You should be able to post pics.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused any member.
Yay!

Thanks for all that you, and the other mods do.

Actually keeping this place going (while not strangling all the grumpy old farts who populate it) is no small feat. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would very much miss this community so please don't give up on us!

AK was moved to a new server not to long ago and is still working on processing and updating many things.

I think you experienced a part of that.

I will let the tech people know when/what forum this happened in.

If this happens again. Please take a screenshot and email it to me. That is a great help in finding out the problem, if there is one.

That sounds like a strange temporary forum glitch rather than an actual permissions issue. It’s interesting that you were able to post in General Off Topic, but the Star Trek thread initially returned a “forbidden” message and then worked normally a little later. Sometimes forum software can behave inconsistently because of caching, session issues, or temporary server restrictions. At least it eventually let you post without any further problems. I’ve run into similar odd behavior on websites where one page refuses an action while everything else works normally. After spending some time browsing forum discussions, it can also be nice to take a break with some casual online entertainment DELETED
What you quoted was a post from 9 years ago. A lot has happened since then.
