I need the following caps for a Panamax 1000+ power controller as described in the 1st post of the thread linked below.

https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=40881

2 x 50v 4.7uF RGA AE 85C 5mmx13mm indicated by red arrow(s) at C11 and C14
1 x 35v 220uF RGA AE 85C 10mmx19mm indicated by blue arrow at C8
1 x 25v 22uF Panasonic SU 85C 5mmx11mm indicated by green arrow at C12
2 x 350v 10uF RGA AE 85C 10mmx25mm indicated by black arrow(s) at C9 and C18

Which caps should I be ordering for this project? - there are so many shown for each one on Mouser site.

Since this is a power supply use the Nichicon UPW or Panasonic FC's. You can go up in Voltage ratings by one or two values. Check your lead spacing and get similar. Keep capacitance value the same. You should be fine.

The UCC KYB & KXG are all high hour high reliability 105° caps designed for PSU use. I use them a lot and like them better than most other caps for this usage. The KYB especially have some of the best ripple current ratings for their physical size that I have been able to find. Also, I measure all caps that I buy and the UCC caps are usually a lot closer to their µF specs than a lot of other brands. Nichicon makes very good caps but they have been cheating on specs for a long time now and produce their caps 10% low. Panasonic FC are usually closer to spec, also FM, but for power supplies I stick with UCC where I can find what I want.
Mouser is only showing 10 pieces of the 220µF/80v in stock, that's why I also showed the 50v part.

The Wima MKS2 is a high reliability film cap series that I pretty much use to replace all small elcos.

Hope that this helps.

Cheers,
James

Thanks for the information James. I've never worked on a P/S like a Panamax. Your logic makes perfect sense for a device requiring long term reliability and stability like this. Will add these series to my lists for future P/S projects.

Happy to try to be helpful JD.
LOL, I have never even seen a Panamax, I just suggested what has been working for me with amps etc and what I would choose if I was working on one of those units.

Have a good weekend,
James
