Cheap Charlies or Potential Steal?

Help me identify these speakers....

I saw these at GW today. Approximate dimensions 20"h x 15"w x 12"d.
Drivers looked decent, cabinets a little beat up. I think they were trying to emulate JBL foam covers... no markings at all...

If anyone recognizes these please let me know!

They are upside down. And by the way the vent is cut (not straight) they most likely came with a cheap all in one setup......

if the cabs are solid, may be a good candidate for an econowave transformation...

I seem to recall replacement foam grille material like that at Radio Shack back in the 70's-80's.
