Micro Seiki turntable with Ittok (i think) arm and two extra arm boards-- just make sure you get the speed controller too. Sota with linear arm, Krell amp, CJ amp, DQ 10s, etc. What's not to love? Everything comes down to price -- they obviously know it has some value, but they seem to have photographed it as carefully as they did the vacuum cleaners, so who knows what the prices will be. I'd be there if I lived anywhere near.

Agreed if I was closer I would be present. I heard a Conrad Johnson amp once and was floored with the sound.

I think that I will be there. It will be interesting to see how many folks show up and what the prices will end up being. I have a feeling that prices will creep up on some of this stuff and put them out of my 300.00 price range though.:dunno:

hope they don't get too expensive for you.

I can't make it, but will be on the look out for more of their auctions

Two Sota Star Sapphires...

Not to mention the Pioneer SX-1250 and SX-1980...

Well, did anyone make it out to the auction? I wanted to go but had to go to a play we had tickets for.

Well I went and was that something. As you would expect, the amps and TT's went for a good amount.( I would guess that there were 150 people +-) The best deals that I saw were probably the 2 pairs of DQ10's. Think they went for around 175/pair and they didn't look to beat up at all. Things were moving fast and furious and the caller was pretty good. Some things went for cheap probably because they were a bit outdated and nobody really knew what they could be used for but other than that, it was an interesting experience. You could tell when something got sold that some guy wanted because when that item sold, the wife would get up and was soon followed by her husband. He with a disappointed look on his face and she with a "can we finally leave now" sort of look. So I don't think that you really missed much to be honest.

I am not sure. I got there at 8:10pm and they, (Pioneers and turntables), had already sold. I called out there earlier in the day and was told that the electronics would be sold starting at 8pm. Well I guess that they started selling a bit before 8 'cause I didn't get to see them sell. Hopefully someone else went and can give you more info. I remember that the record cleaning machine went for a little over 300 and the DQ's as previously stated. I did see a # of the items for sale, RH labs sub, by the guy that sells out at the Tigard fleamarket on Sun. I do remember looking at that Micro-S TT but it had been sold already. Sorry I can't be of more info for you guys. As I said, they were moving fast and furious making it hard to remember exactly what things went for. Lame, I know....
