Does anyone know thes sources for the Classical Music Archives Web site?

Found this site most by accident, but the concept loks interesting.

Only issue is who is playing the music? great musicians/symphoies or dirge works outfits?

I looked at the site and did not recognize any of the artists, sort of make me think of a couple of cassette tapes I picked up a couple of years back, great works by unknown artists - the playing was bloody awful, near enough to bring tears to your eyes. :cry:
