no clue who made it, but it looks like serious business with those transformers. Wowzers.
 
Sylvania made a console that had an amp that decent looking in it? Not sure I've ever seen a Sylvania console amp before, but if this is the sort of thing they had, I'll be looking for one.
 
All Sylvania branded tubes.... there's the clue.

Those tubes could have easily been replaced over the last 50 years or so.
If they were all Telefunken or Mullards would that make the amp a Tele or Mullard amp ?
For example a lot of vintage Fisher units were loaded with Tele's and Mullards at the factory.
IMHO the brand of the tubes has very little to do with who made the amp.
 
To me, this looks like an organ or tone cabinet console pull rather than a regular "audio" console pull.
