.....this is a 30 minute show on The Food Channel I've just discovered....if you can record the show with a DVR, or watch intently writing down recipes and methods, you WILL know how to fix some Great looking dishes from scratch....the host is the girl who is a judge on the Food Channel show "Chopped", and she's an Executive Chef at some high-dollar restaurant, not sure where.....

.....she does a great job stressing the measurement of ingredients, so you CAN fix the dishes JUST LIKE what she makes on the show....four young amateur chefs are on the show cooking the same dishes along with her, and it's just a real nice 30 minutes of learning....tonight's delicacies were crustless quiche, pancakes with fresh fruit compote, and a sweet-and-salty side of bacon....Marvelous looking breakfast food, looked high-dollar, La-Te-Dah Level.....

I like a real cooking show. I wish the food channel would bring back more of them.
