DC Guys... A little get together Saturday?

I'll be batch'in it this weekend, so I thought I would see if any of you might be up to a small get together Saturday afternoon/evening?

Figured a few beers, toss a couple brats on the grill, and of course lots of tunes if anyone was interested....

Man! I wish I could make this! I've put faces to local AK names recently, & a get together would be fun! But, I have family plans...Remember me for the next one- I can kick in some brew!
 
This was just kind of a last minute thought here.. not a big deal, just wondered if anyone else was free and wanted to hang out.

I've thought about a bigger get together again, but my house is getting too full of crap to really do another here. If we could find a large enough space, I'd try to get something organized, but if we had to pay any kind of rental... well.. I'm sure you could see the issues there..

I like brats on the grill and good tunes but Im the new guy and its just as well that I have other plans too. Maby next time for sure.
 
Being the new guy is no deal. A lot of us in this area all have met and know each other. We'll have to get you in with the crowd..

Well so far it will just be me.. lol.. I figured a saturday on short notice wouldn't be any takers, but thought I would see..
 
Hey Simi - I would of made the trip...but helping my neighbor install hard wood floors in his house this weekend...hope we can all get together when the weather breaks..I've got a new battery in the Harley and need some nice weather and an excuse to take a long ride....
 
Well, gonna have to do something soon if we do... I've got the bike apart at the moment building a hitch for it, and going down to Dallas in two weeks to pick up a trailer.. after that, we're gonna be on the road a lot this year doing weekend camping type rides...

That would be cool, but so far, it looks like just me and you, but if you want to visit I'd love to meet you...

I got no time in mind... I'm gonna be home all weekend just jammin and working on projects I can drop at any time.
 
James I would love to but not sure what my schedule is. We have been out of town for about a week and I have a lot of stuff I need to take care of over the weekend. I am sure it is going to be a blast.

Here's video from the burn out pits that the picture you see in my album is from.. But what an amature.. WOAH.. first gear.. yeah.. MORON.. ya gotta shift it up through all the gears, then back down for it to be a REAL burn out... That's what I ended up doing, and talk about one hell of a reaction from the crowd... also, no one else went into the pit for quite a while afterwards because they knew they would never shift through all the gears... It was a blast though.. and nto cheap for a new tire.. :D

I wondered where you've been. I was getting ready to give you a call just to see if ya'll were ok sinc eI knew you hadn't been on the forum... Hope you got a little vacation or something good at least...

Like I said.. nothing big.. just thought I would see if anyone was free and wanted to do a little drinkin eatin and listenin.. So far, looks like me and White...
 
LOL.. Yeah I know.. IN MAY.. and Dude.. you ARE going to go see the B52's.. RIGHT?!?!?!?! I told my wife about that and even though she is not a big fan of theirs, she said if she had your chance she wouldn't miss it for anything...
