Do you keep your speaker grilles off?

I keep them off alot but when people are over I like keep them on. So what do you do? keep them off or on?
I just bought a pair of Klipsch Heresy speakers and the grill covers have remained on so far. Now, if I had Cerwin Vega they would be off all the time.

Keep mine on 99% of the time. I do periodic cleaning to keep excessive dust off the drivers, and for speakers with foam surrounds I do period visual inspection/touch test to gauge the condition of the surrounds. Once in a while I'll show them off by pulling the grilles, but that's infrequent.

The grills for my Fyne 502SPs were more of a WAF afterthought and clearly degrade the sound due to their construction. I take them off a lot of the time but other times for WAF I leave them on. Off is also part of the good look. The grills on my Dynaudio speakers have very little effect on SQ if any so they stay on.

In fact, most of my speakers do not have a grille, so... ;)

I leave them on for those that have them. I have 1 set of Pioneer HPM 100 and Pioneer HPM 900 clear Lucite store demo speakers that came without covers. Then I leave uncovered.

On my Polk SRT powered subs (the lower cabinets of the towers), the grilles are fake. If you take them off there is nothing underneath. The sound comes out of the bottoms. The grilles are purely cosmetic so they match the upper satellites which are functional. So I don't ever remove them and to tell the truth, never really remove the uppers either other than to show the nine drivers to someone.

I keep them off all of my speakers except my Vegas lol.. The cover on my Vegas just covers the woofer, and I keep them on to keep the UV off the foam. I do take them off from time to time..
