Hi new to AK,
I have purchased a couple of sets of speakers circa 1970 recently for $15 a set,
One pair is a decent set of optimus 5's
The other is a mystery i have yet to solve
Pics will follow as I'm at work now.
The surrounds are shot, pulled one driver out last night.
The following numbers are the only thing on the drivers:

801230
75144982

EIA indicates : Dale Electronics/Film Div., Norfolk, NE
For 801

The only thing on the back of the cabinets are "made in canada"
and model # SLH-100 serial #0506

I'll snap some pics of all of it including the extensive crossover with no markings on it as well when i get home.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Dale Electronics made a lot of resistors (possible that plant made metal film resistors) but I never heard of them making a driver.

230 is Littlefuse, same problem.

751 is Midcom, which shows up now as Wurth Electronics/Midcom, a 'custom magnetics and electronics company'. Sounds closer to speakers than the others, but I gotta wonder what speakers we're looking at here!

Well, those horns look like Klipsch K77M EV tweeters out of a Heresy, La Scala and other models. One's worth your $15 broken, more if working.

Believe that woofer is a Becker. They sometimes used 8-digit model numbers. Also, the shape of the magnet back plate looks a lot like other Becker woofers I've owned.

If not Becker, then maybe Misco, or Peerless/ Precision.

Regards,
Gordon.
