Fostex ... had that on my screen, but no success on google. EV either.

the speakers are in rough condition, and I still don't have an adequate tweeter for it, but it sounds very well driven by my st-70. And very loud, must be very efficient.

this today's Beyma looks pretty close except the terminal

Some really nice specs on that:
Handles 70 watts RMS
Designed for Studio & Hi-Fi midrange applications
95 db sensitivity
Got any plans for it yet?

I think of rebuilding those speakers. The material (particle board) is in several areas in bad condition, like an old cookie.
They sound really nice, they were built early 80s for a local small club to fire the dancefloor. Somehow a mix of PA/Hifi...

The piezo is already replaced by some Isophon kk10 temporarily. They sound really nice on my st70...
They have several damages also. So, I think of building new housings out of lighter material compared to particle boards - maybe blockboard (if usable for this) would make them 15Kilo less heavy and easier to handle. They are now 40Kilo each.
For now I let them play and think about. I also still have a Party-Speaker I used in the 80s with all Isophon drivers (PSL 300/100, DKT110 and DKMT 1226) wich could work out dor a similar Hornspeaker.
Here is a pic of the original kit wich was a bass-reflex. http://lup-berlin.de/archiv/Bausatz/img/b320.jpg

I tried to figure out the horn without x-ray and think it could be somehow like that..

The brand (a local Berlin manufacturer) was EXA (Charlie Duffing). I found out that the logo was one of the first works of a fellow graphic designer I was on art school with :)
