The prices are all over the place for these speakers. I have seen these sell on eBay for $400+(I know everything on fleabay is overpriced) but they sell on craigslist for $200 to $300 range. I know they are rare but the prices I have seen don't reflect the scarcity of these speakers and seem to be in the same range as the Dynaco A35 or A25XL's.

I have two pairs of A 50's.
First pair I bought new from Lafayette Electronics back in 1972 for $200.

Second pair I bought right here on bartertown several years ago for $200 but I had to go pick then up at his house in Las Vegas because they are really too big to ship.

A25's on steroids they are !

The woofers are 10" like the A25's but they are 16 ohm instead of the more common 8 ohm.
So be careful when you're looking for replacements.
