Good ol' Albuqueurque, bastion of education and pedestrian deaths. They have twice the national average of pedestrian fatalities. Not sure if it's the bad drivers or the drunks stumbling out into the lanes.

I'd be checking the scooter for auto paint residue and blood stains before buying.
