Electro-Voice EV Five C speakers, did E-V make these?

I have a pair of these Electro-Voice consumer speakers, the EV Five C's....
I was given these by my neighbor that evidently had them stored in their Attic for years, along with a Kenwood Amp, and Garrard Turntable.

I'm asking if anyone knows if Electro-Voice made these speakers or if they outsourced the manufacturer of the Woofers and Tweeters?
I looked up all the number combinations shown on each. I did discover the #76773 corresponded with the Quincy Speaker Company, though I would like further opinions on this...
