Were these originally corner speakers that someone put drivers in back section instead of the front? The veneer looks really nice.
It just seems like they would have had a bigger woofer than an 8”, and I haven’t seen cabinets shaped that way. But I’m not an EV guy, so I’m not sure what they offered.

I had the same thought. They look like corner cabinets facing the wrong direction. Modded Aristocrats?
