Hello Mates!
I'm looking for a CAD program that can model the output signal characteristics and response of the circuit being designed therein the program. It would be nice is if values could be user modified and could also take into account PCB trace inductance and Vloss due to trace resistance. Thanks ahead of time.

Most CAD programs can also mock up a PCB layout, that part isn't important for my use.

You mean a Spice-based program like LTSpice from Linear Technology? Free to download and lots of support on various forums from the LTSpice users group on Yahoo to the DIYAudio forum. As for trace inductance and resistance, you have to draw the circuit and include suitable resistors and inductors. There may be high end programs for IC design that handle those things better, but AFAIK not for the common man.
