ESS Speakers?

I posted a questions about these in the speaker forum with only one response. Found lots of information on ESS's rock monitor speakers, but none on these. Those Heil tweeters are highly regarded, so long as they aren't forced to function as midrange drivers also. And these speakers appear to be a 2 way with the Heil functioning as a dipole wide range, an active 10" woofer with a passive 10" radiator.

Are they worth the cash?

I can't find a good example of a whole set, but I see a pair of tweeters sold for $175, the passive radiators for $75, etc. Sounds like it's worth the price.
 
they look like they are nice shape so if everything is working as it should they are definetly worth it.
they don't have the big heil tweeter that everyone wants but they should still sound pretty good.
