Fiber Optic upgrade?

I recall seeing this somewhere, and it has piqued my interest.

I love my blue meters as much as anyone, but I'm getting a little tired of bulbs going out on my MA6900. :sigh:

So, where does one get this work done, and is it worth the effort?

Yes there is a LED Kit for the MA6900 at AK.

I bought it but never had the time to install it. Too many other things to do, not enough time.

But there is a catch: there is no documentation yet for that kit. So you are on your own...

I took the risk but I have to find some some time...

ahhh, but you are never on your own! I completed doing my first one a couple of weeks ago for another AK member. It is not the easiest kit to install but it can be done. We recommend having it done here at Audio Classics

I may take your offer if I run into problem, like for my MR85.

Ryan installed the LED kit in my MR-85 and it looks great. I'd suggest having Audio Classics do it.
