If you don't mind spending a bit more, you could ask hayseedhamfest to build you the custom caps in the values and voltages you need. It would preserve the look or appearance of what you have now, but with fresh caps.

A good option are these nice multicap boards from M Squared Circuits, that allow you to use standard electrolytics in place of the can cap.
