Fisher 500C fine in phono mono, loud rumbling/hum in phono stereo

Just sold a Fisher, I didn't have anything to test phono, the guy who bought it just sent me a video, any pointers on diagnosis?

I don't think he knows a lot but then I don't know a lot about tube receivers either so I thought I'd ask here. He said he would take it to his amp guy and I'd be willing to reimburse him if it's something minor, which I suspect since every other function is fine. Grounding issue?

Did he say if he grounded the turntable ground wire to the chassis of the Fisher?
