Today I found a Fisher 550 for $30. Any opinions on this receiver. Its in pretty good condition.

If its in fairly good condition you certainly didn't get
hurt for the money you paid. While Fisher's tube receivers
are bit more popular than their solid state equipment
from that time period its still a nice vintage piece.
Its at least 40 years old so don't be surprised if the
unit needs to be recapped.

It works fine. I don't know if i'll keep it. I may sell it later.
