Wood cases seem to bring $100-$150 on eBay, depending on condition.

I don't know, $500 seems high for CL, but I don't know anything about the speakers.

BTW, have you posted a pic of your finished Fisher cabinet anywhere?

Hiya,

The turntable brings 100.00 these days on the site being a MK-II. Maybe even more depending on cart and plinth.

Of course who would want to ship such a thing to a fickle buyer on the bay. But maybe here in BT someone would pay you something reasonable for it. I know I need one for that Executive I have with the trashed TT.

The 500C then would be a better value since that is all everyone focus's on. I think even the drivers and such from those Heathkits can get the 500C down around 350 which is starting to get near the really good deal level.

BTW, have you posted a pic of your finished Fisher cabinet anywhere?

I haven't finished it yet. It's actually slightly down on the project list, but it'll get done before winter sets in.
