Thought this might be interesting. Confirms my experience with local station signal strength and what you may already know.

Enter your address location and it provides a rough chart of FM station signal strength. Includes transmission in kw, reception in dBm, distance from station. Based on FCC database.

Results first show a general radar plot.

That's a very interesting site (after figuring out the broken link). Thanks terra! I have seen a similar site for analog Television and I imagine there must be one for digital as well. I have never heard of many of the station that are below the halfway point on the list. Seeing that they may be within range makes me want to do put up a better antenna and do some FM DX'ing. Of course I will have to wait for the coldest nastiest weather to screw around with an antenna, at least that is the way it seems to work out.
