For The Doubters, New Van Halen Will Rock, 2 Reasons Why

True, Tattoo is not, The Atomic Punk/Panama, Or even Jamie's Crying. But it does prove, They are getting along, Wolf can play bass, Ed's playing is still top notch, His tone takes us back to VH1/II, DLR's voice is not done yet. Yes, The lyrics suck, But not a bad crank it till you piss off the neighbors tune. Play it on your rig, It will grow on you. I case anyone has written off buying the CD, Think twice. These two tracks will be on it.

"She's The Women" Was meant for the debut. Vetoed by Diamond Dave. WTF!. A perfect fit for that LP. It will be on ADKOT. Worth buying just for this crazy ****! Classic Ed going nuts with delay/muting, and killer harmonies. An update of this is going to be wicked.

"Bulletthead" Also never released, Was on the Warner Demo. This is on the album. The first vid is Van Halen in a club. The second is The Atomic Punks cover band, Picked for the better audio.

Bottom line, Tattoo, Is not the only music coming from these guys. I've read there are songs on here that will having us once again saying, WHF, That's some badass ****!

Have read there are 6/7 tunes that are vintage Van Halen. That is, Catchy lyrics, Blazing guitars, Party time! I'm holding any judgments until 2/7/12.

Also a leaked 20secs of the track "Blood And Fire" on youtube was pulled after 1 hour. That 20secs blew anything I've heard in music lately away.

I’m with you. I’m literally the only one in my circle of friends who thinks the album is gonna be worth ****. IMO American music fans have recently been remarkably cynical about reunions. Most of the time their instincts are right, but I think they’re off-base this time. Personally, I like “Tattoo” a lot; it kicks the crap out of anything they did with Sammy.

I can’t explain it, but there just seems to be a positive, almost magical, vibe around this whole album and tour that I haven’t seen with VH (regardless of singer) in a very long time. I’m holding my breath, of course, but I think this is gonna be a fun ride. :thmbsp:

Haven't wanted to get my hands on a new CD for a long while. I think once some of the more catchy tracks hit the airwaves, It will be going back in time. The samples listed above, Give great hope for a in your face rock record. It's needed, Big time.

Badfinger and D. Twilley--do those names mean anything to you? :D

I believe they mean much more to you sir!

Although I did get a blood blister on my index finger the other day so the term "Badfinger" does have some meaning...
