Hi all,
Does any here still use this camera, I've been thinking of getting one and maybe selling off
my Nikon equipment, I heard that the colors, sharpness and high iso's are great but then I
heard that the AF is not so good but with the latest firmware been improved, what do you guy's
think?

I use the x-e1 and love it. I've had great results from manual lenses which is all I shoot with. Obviously I can comment on AF performance but the sensor is amazing and colour reproduction is some of the best I've seen - better than the many Canon EOS models I've used in the past for sure.

I currently have the Pro2 and an X-E1 and have had the Pro1 twice in the past as well as other FujiFilm cameras.
You have heard correctly about the Pro1. Superb files, absolutely gorgeous. AF is not fast. If I could put the image quality from the Pro1 into the body of the Pro2 I'd have my perfect camera.

Correct me if I'm wrong on this one - I have found one frustrating issue with the Fuji line is the RAF format files and problems converting them in Photoshop. I find I have to use Adobe DNG converter on the RAF, change to DNG, then I can open in CS6 / Camera RAW. Perhaps I need to update my Photoshop....??

Software developers have been slow to catch up to the X Trans sensor. Lightroom apparently now does a good job on the files and I've read similar things said about Capture 1 and Irridient Developer.

I currently own a copy of the 27mm and have had two Xp1's in the past. While not a speed demon, that Pro1 sensor is special. Congrats on your purchase!

Thanks guy's, the image quality is stunning at times, even wide open at 2.8 the 27mm is sharp!
and look I use Micro 4/3 and the focusing with that is not the fastest so the Xpro-1 to me is fine.
