Good chassis supplier suggestions

Can anyone recommend a good place to pick up a chassis for a couple of tube projects I'm considering? I'd also like to buy a couple of those transformer covers/boxes. You know the ones, they cover the transformers with a metal box and mount to the chassis. I've seen them for sale before but can't seem to find the site again.
Have to burn 12 vacation days or loose them by the end of the year so I'm thinking about doing a few projects. So, it will have to be a supplier in the States, no time to wait on China.
Thanks!

Depends on the project. AES should have Hammond aluminum chassis in stock, or for something smaller the cast aluminum boxes are great. How big are you thinking?

AudioKarma member BuzzK makes and sells high quality tube amp chassis like this. (eBay item number:291065498292)
He's great to work with.

landfallsystems.com. These are on the extreme quality side, and cost accordingly! But I've not seen any other offerings that allow the sides and tops to be removed for individual drilling.

For a small enclosure as you are describing, Hammond chassis are fine. They do get a little wobbly in the larger sizes.

I've used Par Metal cases, but I think it would be necessary to put stiffeners on the underside of the top cover if you're going to be using some big iron.

I think that the chassis from Landfall Systems is outstanding. Using the Landfall Systems chassis and having the top panel made by Front Panel Express will make for a relatively easy construction with professional looking results. The photo below is a PP 2A3 amp in mid construction. It shows how the Landfall chassis screw together and also have the optional chassis separator which is very handy for mounting power supply chokes, capacitors and other components.

Very nice. That's what I'm looking for. Thanks!

Buzzk has good stuff for sure. I get my transformer potting boxes from hong kong, but they don't really take that long to get here.
