I read that story yesterday and it was so nice to hear a good story with all that has been happening. Talking about getting your life back. :thmbsp:

I cannot imagine the days, weeks, months of hell that fella lived thru between the incident and the present. Awesome outcome to what was probably a pretty horrific journey.

I wonder how he accidentally shot himself in the face. He's lucky to be alive, and double lucky to have those doctors.:thmbsp:

ya i want to hear the whole story :scratch2: anyways, that is really truly amazing! but imagine having someone elses tongue...that would be wierd....i am sure he is thankful though :D

Looks like his jaw was severely damaged and much of the bone structure for his upper teeth was gone.

An amazing transformation. :thmbsp:

Read today that he was injured like that around 15 years ago and had become a recluse, for obvious reasons. They're really come a long way in a short time with facial transplants.
