H.H. Scott S 312

I picked up a pair of H.H. Scott S 312's that are very heavy and are a 3 way with a 12" woofer. They need refoamed but other than that are in great shape. Does anyone own these or have any experience with them? I am hoping these are still from the era when Scott made some decent speakers.

I guess no response means they are not from Scott's best years BUT I refoamed them and I am very happy with the sound! Good bass and the three way adjustable tweeter/midrange adjustments really work!
 
No response just means the usual suspects were offline.
I suspect they're decent... haven't had a chance to look for data on 'em (I was outta town a coupla days).
