Just finished the Easter lunch. Roast of veal with a mushroom/cream sauce and Spätzel. It was delicious.

That does sound good, Chris. We haven't had Spatzel in a while, or veal for that matter. My Irish wife loves German food and we recently had Sauerbraten with ginger snap gravy that was a real taste treat.

For Easter today it's spiral cut ham with cheesy potatoes, sweet potatoes with pineapple and brown sugar, string bean casserole with mushroom sauce and ambrosia salad.
