Headshell for a Nikko NP-1000

Hi all.

I've recently purchased a Nikko-1000 Quartz Drive turntable, but I have the fortune of it not including a headshell. There is almost no mention of this player on the internet, so I have not been able to find any information so far.

Now it seems that I would need something along the lines of this from turntable needles:

...but the both the tonearm of the player (pictures attached), as well as the headshell linked, are both male. Or rather, the tonearm on the player needs pins that will go inside of it, but there is nothing to clamp/fasten the tonearm to the headshell. One of the few pictures I have found with the original headshell:

Which headshell would be compatible with this player, and what would I need to fasten them together?

Thanks @Dr. Ear . That definitely looks like it would be compatible, but both the tonearm and head case are male, and the pins are all female connectors, so I'm unsure of how any contact would be made. Unless I need to purchase the pins separately?

Also, there is still no way of fastening the headshell to the tonearm. Some sort of screw clamp would be needed?

Sorry, this headshell must be a very proprietary part. The thumbscrew for fixing the headshell to the arm tube is hard to find, maybe this helps: https://www.ebay.com/itm/DENON-DA-401-Tonearm-Thumb-Screw-/264461186780.
For the female to female contact connection you might use 4 short pieces of solid core copper or silver wire, 8mm long and approx. 0,5mm diameter. I don't know if you can achieve the correct overhang with this construction.

I have 2 types of male pin headshells. One has the provision for the thumbscrew of which I might also have. That one looks promising.

I wish I could remember what it came from. ADC arm perhaps? From a NAD maybe? Or BSR? Headscratching over here.

Does that headshell on the left (non AKAI) have a matching pin setup, with male pins? If that's the case, and if you were willing to sell it, I would be interested!

A bit late on this thread, but I want to thank @Montycat for the headshell! It works wonderfully.

I'd scavange a thumb screw to lock it. It goes in the hole on top. Not the end of the world without it, but more secure with it.
